A 2 post lift sure is nice for accessing all of the bellhousing bolts.  Unfortunately, not all of us are fancy Hollywood types that can afford such luxuries.  Nothing a little creativity can't overcome:




And a full-on 180 for the final pull.  Note the use of a 50 year old tractor (for grandiosity, of course):
